Automated & Multi-Vendor
Translational MRI, LLC (TransMRI) is a high-tech startup company with a focus to develop advanced physiological and functional MRI tools for imaging human brain and body organs.
The goal of TransMRI is to facilitate the translation of these advanced imaging tools for clinical trials and clinical practice.
Particularly, we develop advanced MR pulse sequences and post-processing software based on arterial spin labeling (ASL) techniques for perfusion and angiographic imaging.
We also provide consulting service to pharmaceutical companies on imaging-based clinical trials.

The company office has been relocated to the TechSpace Incubator which hosts Hi-Tech start-up companies in the beautiful Westwood area on the west side of the LA city.
A beta version of cloud-based CereFlow (TM) Perfusion has been released and tested at multiple sites globally.
The company team has decided to collaborate with Rook Quality Systems on preparing for FDA 510K submission. RQS is a professional consulting company based in Atlanta, Georgia which is renowned for assisting multiple medical imaging products in their clearance of FDA 510 (k).
CereFlow (TM) Perfusion V1.0 is officially released. This module provides quantitative and qualitative imaging analysis, generates multi-parametric (CBF, ATT, aCBV) perfusion maps.
The trademark of CereFlow (TM) has been registered at USPTO.
CereFlow (TM) MRA Beta version is released for user testing. This module provides 4-D dynamic angiographic imaging post-processing and display, and 3-D time-to-peak (TTP) map.
The FDA 510 (k) package submission has been completed. A great milestone!
CereFlow (K211059) has been approved by FDA for clinical use
At our institution, we've been using CereFlow software to provide our neuroradiologists, neurologists, neurosurgery clinicians, and neuroscience researchers with reliable parametric maps of brain perfusion in newborns, neonates, children, and young adults. The cerebral blood flow, arterial transit time, and cerebral blood volume data derived from multi-delay ASL MRI provide clinically important information, and are quite powerful in highlighting focal defects and perfusion asymmetry.
